Specification

Material using for our Knife-proof Clothing is the perfect combination of Spectra and fiber woven textile, are used by police department, High Command force, and hazard workers as Gloves, Cut & Bullet proof vests as having it's high resistance against cutting.

It is certified by Japan Synthetic Fiber Institute under file No. 1130034588 (54N=Wale & 45N=Coarse)
This specification exceeds highest level that National Institute of Justice(NIJ) indicate in (NIJ TEST PROTOCOL 99-114) TypeB(Cut Resistant).

Test No.01 Now demonstrate with cutter knife.
Test No.02 Tried to cut with quite strong force putting my weight.
Test No.03 We do not find any cut from reverse side either.

Information of NIJ

NIJ TEST PROTOCOL 99-114 is showing Cut Resistant is leveled as below

Cut Resistance
  Low = Less than 5 N (<1.124 lbf)
  Moderate = 6 N to 15 N (1.349 lbf to 3.372 lbf)
  High = 16 N to 40 N (3.60 lbf to 8.99 lbf) or higher

Test Method

Setting knife on 50Cm/Min. constant puller machine as below illustration for the test.
Setting knife edge with right angle for both wale & coarse.

Note

The material using for Knife-proof Clothing has very high resistance against cutting, but it does not guarantee for perfection.
It has high resistance against cutting, but it does not resist against sting by like ice pick. Please wear with knife proof vest.
As ordinal wear, it does not work as cushion to blunt hit.
